How can I become a member and what does that mean?
Scrapbook Circle is a monthly kit club that designs a unique scrapbooking kit each month and mails it to their subscribers. We create a kit each month filled with the most current scrapbooking products including patterned paper, custom embellishments and digital downloads.
When you become a subscriber of Scrapbook Circle kits, you are guaranteed a kit each month. We also will be offering our subscribers exclusive downloads, an idea gallery filled with kit ideas from our design team and fantastic customer service.
We also have a community page on Facebook where you can share ideas, share your layouts and interact with other Scrapbook Circle members. You do not need to be a subscriber to join us on Facebook.
How long does a subscription last?
We offer a one-month single kit purchase for $34.50 plus s+h. You can get just one kit without any commitment to purchase more.
We also offer a 2+ month subscription at a price of $29.50 per kit. If you make this selection, we ask that you purchase at least two consecutive kits before canceling. You will continue to receive our kits until you let us know you want to cancel your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express.
How do I set up my automatic payment plan?
When you purchase a kit on our site, you will be paying for your first kit. Automatic billing will be set up for you and you will be billed on the 1st of the month for each month’s kit.
When does my subscription begin?
It will begin with the current month’s kit, unless it has already sold out. If it has sold out, you will start with the following month’s kit.
When will my kit ship and what are the shipping costs?
Your kit will ship by the 10th of the month. Kits in the US are shipped via Priority USPS with delivery confirmation and should be received within 2 – 3 business days. Shipping within the US is $7.50 per kit.
International shipping takes up to 15 business day. We ship USPS first class mail. Shipping rate for one kit to Canada is $14 per kit and all other destinations is $18.00 per kit. Shipping will be added to cover the cost of more than one kit or any add-ons ordered with your kit.
What if I need to change my billing or shipping information?

How much do add-ons cost to ship?
Add-ons ship for FREE with your monthly kit if you are in the United State. A small $3 shipping charge is added to heavier add-ons that ship internationally.
Can I skip a kit?
Yes, you can. You need to contact us before the 25th of the month for the following month’s kit. We ask that if you do need to skip a kit, that you only skip once within a six-month time period.
When can I cancel my subscription?
If you sign up at the discounted autoship subscription price, you can cancel after receiving your first two kits. No long commitment is required. If you need to cancel, just send an email to email@example.com and we will take care of the rest. You will continue to receive kits until you let us know you want to cancel.
If you need to cancel, you need to notify us by the 20th of the month in order to cancel the following month’s kit. If you notify us after the 20th of the month, you will be billed for your last kit and then have your subscription canceled.
Do you offer group subscriptions?
Yes. Group subscriptions are a great way to save money on shipping and it’s fun to get to create with the same scrapbook products as your friends. We can fit up to FOUR kits in one shipping box. The group will pay one shipping rate of $7.50 for all of the kits shipped. A group subscription must be paid for by one person. (This is valid for a US shipping address only.)

Why did I receive a different product than the one listed on the site?
Although be do our very best to get products to us on time, on extremely rare occasions, we will have to make a product swap on a kit due to slow shipping from the manufacturer to us. The substituted product will be of equal or greater value than the listed product.
Can I return a kit?
We list each item in the kit in addition to provide you with photos of the kit before you receive it. Please review these items carefully before a purchase is made because sales are final.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
We do our best to securely package your kit. If the package has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 10 days at email@example.com. We will require that the damaged kit be returned to us.
