Trio of Valentine’s cards
Hello crafty friends!
Today, I am sharing with you what I created with the February add-on Record It. One of my favorite products to get is 6×6 paper pads. I think they are so versatile and such a great value!
Using the Dear Lizzy Lovely Day 6×6 paper pad and the Maggie Holmes Chasing Dreams gold puffy hearts, I created 3 mini Valentine cards for my family. Valentine’s day is one of my favorite holidays…specifically for the Valentine scrapbooking products! I love hearts, pink, red, and love sentiments!
For my first card, I cut out some black and white strips of pattern paper, and glued them to a piece of white card stock that I die cut into a square. I added machine stitching to a few of the strips, and then adhered it to a red card base. Then I added the I heart you sentiment and the gold puffy heart.
For my second card, I die cut 2 different sized squares from pattern paper. I added a Love you sentiment to the red square. I also added some flowers that I fussy cut from a pattern paper from the Dear Lizzy 6×6 paper, and a gold puffy heart to the red square. I adhered the black striped paper to a white card base, and then added the red embellished square on top with foam adhesive.
For my last card, I die cut 2 different sized squares from pattern paper. On the ombre paper, I added some gold ink splatter. I adhered the ombre paper to a red card base, them added the text pattern paper on top with foam adhesive. I added the Elle’s Studio Love You sticker and a gold puffy heart on top.
I hope you like my cards! I know my girls will love them. I hope that I have inspired you to get crafty!
Have a lovely day!
