Happy Tuesday friends!!  I just got back from CHA/Creativation in Phoenix and I can tell you that the new releases are super exciting and inspiring…lots of freshness for the Spring!

In preparation for Valentine’s or just because “Love is All You Need…”  Diana and Allie are sharing with us their lovely projects using the current “Love Notes” kit.

Diana, appropriately for the season, created a card, describing what she did below!

“When I first saw this xoxo piece in my January kit- I KNEW that I had to create a card with it!  My favorite way to adhere it to my paper is with 3M quick dry adhesive!”

I love the contrasting papers she chose, making the acrylic piece really pop!

Next up, Allie shares her scrapbook layout, using the Simple Stories ‘Sealed with a Kiss’ paper and our exclusive acrylic!

“When using the acrylic word, I noticed that there were several other “XOXO” elements throughout the kit! I decided to make that the focus of my layout. I hand cut the Xs and Os from the Simple Stories paper in the kit, and laid them out on my page in rows. I used the acrylic word in the middle of them so it would stand out as the title. I love how the acrylic word helped me use the patterned paper in a unique way!”

I love Allie’s use of the black and white photo, her unique reinterpretation of the paper and clearly, all the love!  Diana’s project, although smaller, is no less packed full of details and thought!

Thanks for sharing the love with us Diana and Allie!  And thank YOU for stopping by today to check out the blog…I am feeling particularly thankful for this past weekend, full of innovative minds; a passion for creating (regardless of medium) and to quote one of my favorite movies, “you’ll find that love actually IS all around…”
