The Telephone Game with Kelly
Hello! It’s time for the November edition of the Telephone Game. Just like the name would suggest…it’s similar to the game we played as kids. Each month, the current challenge designer takes the previous month’s challenge project…and interprets it as her own. Today’s inspiration is Diana’s layout from October….
Isn’t it lovely? I love the soft pastels against the black background. For my page, I was inspired by her two bottom squares. See how the top halves of the squares come to a point at the bottom? So, instead of four small squares, I layer two large ones…mimicking the design of those bottom two squares….
This way, I was able to change it up a little…while still incorporating the diagonal lines and awesome stitching.
I used my layered squares as a mat for my 4×6 photo. I moved the title/subtitle to the bottom right of the page inspired by Diana’s cascading leaf.

Thanks for stopping by today!
