1 Product 2 Ways – Tiny Pom Poms
Happy Tuesday everyone! This week’s 1 Product 2 Ways post features Neela’s & Claudia’s layouts using the tiny Crate Paper pom poms! These little cuties are from the new Snow & Cocoa collection and are part of the November ‘Wonderland’ kit. Neela’s take is below along with her description and close-up.
“I loved the little pom poms that came with the kit this month. Even though they were colorful, they immediately reminded me of snow balls. I had to use a photo of my kids playing in snow on a trip that we made last year for this layout. This photo also went really well with the theme of this months kit. I love the stickers from Crate Paper – the colors and the designs and pretty much everything about them. So I used a whole bunch of these stickers along the edge of the photo. I picked the pink and the light blue pom poms as they went really well with the colors of the Crate Paper stickers and used them along the sticker border to give the whole layout a more playful look. I also used them in my title to make it stand out.”
As usual, Neela’s LO is centered around a stunning photograph! Claudia used many of the same pieces in her LO below.
“Hello everyone! It’s Claudia here and today I’m back showing you one way you can use the cute pom poms featured in this month’s ‘Wonderland’ kit. I will admit that I wasn’t sure about what I wanted to do with these once I first saw them but I knew that I loved the colors and wanted to mainly use the Snow and Cocoa sticker sheet for my embellishing. After thinking about it for a while I thought that it would be fun to create a banner on my layout and place them alongside the banner shapes I had cut out. Placing them in that position makes them look like Christmas lights, which I think looks really cool!”
They are both similar, yet completely different designs and are such a great example of the variety and possibilities this kit contains!
