September Printables with Jennifer

Hello Scrapbook Circle friends! Today I am excited to share a project with you that I made using this month’s fantastic printables.

Recently, I underwent surgery to alleviate symptoms of an illness I’ve suffered for several years. I am a firm believer in documenting all of the moments in our life – good and bad – and this event is one that I wanted to be sure to record.

For this project, I began with a grid design using several of the patterned papers from Pinkfresh and Paige Evans that are included in the September kits.

On each of the squares, I used several embellishments to add interest to the layout. My favorite piece this month is the adorable Crate Paper tassel, which I looped onto one of the gold bow paperclips and attached to the Amy Tangerine watercolor resist card. I also used a hexagon from the printable to journal the event.

Next, I framed the top and bottom of the grid with the Scrapbook Circle printables and added a few embellishments to finish the project.

The soft colors of the printable, patterned papers, and embellishments are a perfect match! Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you are inspired to create!
