Embracing the space

Today I want to talk about white space.  White Space: In page layout, illustration and sculpture, white space is often referred to as negative space. It is the portion of a page left unmarked.  I have to be honest, white space is not necessarily comfortable in my creation process.  So I challenged myself to see if I could create a page with white space, here is my page:DianaWmothersday

I really loved how this page turned out!  LOVED that I had some great pictures to work with from Mother’s day this year–I don’t like to be in front of the camera either…  ANYWAY, the papers and embellishments in the Now or Never kit were PERFECT!

To “fill” my white space a little I added drops of yellow mist.  We would love to see your creations using any of our Scrapbook Circle kits, please feel free to share them with us on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram with @scrapbook_circle.
