Hello friends!  My oldest daughter turned 10 recently, and to celebrate, we invited some school friends for manis & pedis, and pizza and ice cream cake.  I wanted to document this big milestone in a layout, which is what scrapbooking is all about for me.  I want to be able to look back on all the big moments of my kids’ lives…I want them to be able to look back as well, and remember all the fun we have had!

Today I’m here with my DT choice layout using the June kit Now or Never.  Do you have a go to layout?  When I have multiple photos, the grid layout is my go to design.

For this layout, I wanted the focus to be on the photos.  I printed 4 square photos with a white border.  I cut 2 pieces of patterned paper in the same size as the photos.  Then, I adhered the square photos and paper in a grid in the middle of a piece of 12 x 12 white card stock.  I embellished the squares with stickers, labels from the kit, and added stitching for some detail.  (On a side note, how awesome & perfect is the Webster’s Pages Make a Wish sticker sheet for my birthday layout?!!!)  To balance off some of the white space, I added 2 big strips of patterned paper to the top (the bird paper is from the May Here & Now kit).  I also added a patterned strip to the bottom, along with an Elle’s Studio cutout, and another sticker from Webster’s pages.  I added some pink ink sprinkles, and I drew tiny circles with a black pen as well.

I love how this layout turned out, and I hope you were inspired the create as well!

Have a lovely day!
