1 Product 2 Ways – Pink Paislee Fancy Free Tags

Hello everyone!  Before we start sharing June projects, we have one final ‘1 Product 2 Ways’ post to feature from the May ‘Here & Now’ kit!  This week I asked Neela and Allie to use the Pink Paislee ‘Fancy Free’ Tags by Paige Evans in a creative way for their projects.

Neela used this gorgeous large photo and here is what she had to say about her process:

“I loved every tag in this little package. I wanted to use them all. So I decided to use a giant photo and layer all the tags to showcase all the pretty designs on top of the photo. I used one tag to type my journaling on it. Just be aware that the surface of the tags are slick. You can write on them with a slick writer or type on them. I decided to use my printer and print my journaling on the tags. My advice for you would be, after printing, let it sit for a bit and dry out completely before you handle it. I then used more of the tags at the bottom corner and top corner to draw your eye across the page. I added a few more embellishments from the May kit and that completed my layout.”

Allie used the tags in a completely different way, giving us so much eye candy!

Allie described her process below:

“I loved all the tags so much and wanted to use as many as possible! I used the tags to build a grid-style layout. I built my layout around the tags, adding the title and photos after the tags had been placed. I tried to do a little something different with each tag. They’re all so pretty!”

Instead of using  a tag, as a tag or by itself, both Design Team members used these tags in bulk!  There is something satisfying about using lots of embellishments on one project, probably because it frees up your stash to buy more! 😉  Share your use of tags or check out the other posts on the Facebook Community Scrapbook Circle of Friends!

Thanks for stopping by today today and have an amazing start to your June!
