Designer’s Choice: Lucky
Creating this layout was eay easier than it looks! I cut a circle out from white cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. I traced the circle onto a scratch piece of paper, then covered it with adhesive from a tape runner. I punched circles from as many papers as I could, and adhered them to the paper, making sure the entire circle was covered. I wasn’t super careful about making them perfectly straight and even. Once the circle was covered, I placed the white cardstock with the negative of the circle over it, creating a fun background to work with.
I added my photo to the middle of the paper, along with the acrylic title and phrase stickers. I didn’t want to add very much because I loved the way the scallops looked and didn’t want to cover them up.
This was a great way to use the fun patterns included in this kit, and using a shape punch made it quick and easy. I hope you were inspired by this technique! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!
