Take two: stacking strips of paper

Hello! It’s my turn to Take Two–select a layout from a previous kit and use it as inspiration for a current layout with December’s kit. Here’s the layout that inspired me, from Jenni Calma:

When I first saw this page, I fell in love with it. I love the strips of patterned paper and stitches stacked on top of each other. Here’s what I did with it:

There’s not much obvious similarity between Jenni’s page and mine, but if you look at the journaling on down, you can see the stacks of paper from the Documenter add-on and stitches stacked on top of each other. The stacks were my favorite part of Jenni’s page, so I added them to mine. Here’s some details:

Although the arrows weren’t a part of Jenni’s design, I used them to continue the stacks upward.
