We Are All Made of Stories – Day 5
Welcome to the fifth and final day of our collaboration with Neat and Tangled. We have enjoyed combining forces this week to share inspiration from our October kit, Mix Tape, which features this fantastic Neat and Tangled exclusive stamp:
Wrapping up projects from the Scrapbook Circle creative team is Jamie, with this amazing layout:
Jamie used the sentiment stamp to create her own patterned paper background! Stamped repeatedly with resist ink, the words appeared when Jamie added color. What a perfect technique for a stamp like this!

Jamie can I just say your layout is beautiful. I love love that you created you own background using the stamp and that the photos is your focal point. I like that you lined them up in the center of your page. Beautiful Job!!

Great background! Love the repeatedly stamped sentiment!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS layout Jamie!!!
LOVE how you have used this great sentiment to CREATE your own patterned paper, it looks lovely, especially against the bold stripes and pretty design with your journaling panel on vellum in the middle!!!
THANK YOU for sharing 🙂
While all of the inspiration has been wonderful this week, I think this is my favorite layout! Oh, I love the way you made the background!!! And the way you layered the vellum on top. It is beautifully done.
Such an amazing layout! Love love love how she created that background layout with the stamp!
I love the layout – the stamped background is fantastic! I’d love to try that technique but first I have to find out what resist ink is….
Great layout design. Love the focus on the story and photos.
