rectangle layering a design team choice.

First of all Happy Easter!  How fortuitous that I ACTUALLY had a picture from an Easter that I hadn’t scrapped yet–I LOVE the look of pure joy on this boy’s face.DianaWadorablefun  He is definitely my most expressive child–he is a comedian.

I really like layering–simple layering can add a touch of interest, it can let you show off several different pieces of beautiful pattern paper all in one place–basically lots of BANG for your buck!

For this layout I went with a simple layering of different sizes of rectangle shaped pieces.  Honestly I didn’t measure I just mounted my picture then went about 1/4″ bigger for each consecutive pieces of pattern paper.  Then layered them one under each other until I was satisfied with what it looked like.

The final touch was embellishing  with rub ons, clear cards, staples, mist.

For this layout I used the Main kit Let’s Do This, Add-on Love it, and Add-on This Way.

We would love to see any layout that you’ve made using a Scrapbook Circle kit–please feel free to share your pages on our Facebook page!
