Good morning, SBC friends. It’s Valerie here today to share an idea of using the November Exclusive Cut File.

Aren’t they just darling and they are available HERE. And if you are a subscriber you get these for FREE.

Fall is absolutely my favorite season, and I just obsessed with GOLD. So as you can in my layout, I include a piece of gold cut file into my project.

Wonder how I did that? Here is how.

I always make sure I keep a couple of boxes from Scrapbook Circle when Lisa shipped me the kit. They are perfect for working with sprays and embossing without making a huge mess on your desk. I love them.

Then I gathered some of the tools from my stash, like Heat gum, Embossing powder, Versa Mark Watermark ink pad.

I apply the Versa Mark ink pad onto my Cut File after I cutted them out with my Cameo. I also make sure they are evenly on the cut file.

Then I pour the Embossing powder all over the cut file. I used a piece of waxing paper (Smooth side) for the Embossing Powder because all I have to do is roll it up and pour it back to the bottle after I am finished. Nice and easy.

Then use the heat gun to melt the Embossing powder on the cut file. You know it’s done when you see the rough metallic finish on the cut file.

Here is the finish look. Then I include it in my project. I just love how they turn out to be and goes so well with the other embellishments from the November: Little Moments kit too.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you like this idea too!!
