Be Real | Instagram Photos

Good Morning, everyone! This is Melissa here today with my very first post on the Scrapbook Circle blog!

I am sharing one of the layouts I made with the August “Let’s Go on an Adventure” kit! I used four different photos of myself that I took using the Instagram app for my iPhone. I love that I can capture so many everyday moments so quickly with my phone! I usually move all my photos from my phone to my computer once a month and back them up and get them ready for printing. For these Instagram photos, I used the Wal-Greens app. It made is super easy to choose which photos I wanted directly from my Instagram feed, upload them, and then pick them up in an hour!

The Crate Paper chipboard frames worked really well at “framing” my photos. I stitched each one of those down on top of my card stock and pattern paper and then added smaller embellishments, my title, and my journaling block around the square of photos.

Thanks for stopping by!

  • Melissa, I just love this! I love all that Crate Paper Pier paper, but I really love how you put the chevron on the cardstock and left an “uneven” border. LOVE that splatter, the tabs and the sequins. This is awesome!
