Rays of Sunshine

This month, the first paper I grabbed was Crate Paper “paper clippings”. It matched so well with this picture from my dear friend had of her daughter, captured with such great light shining through her windows. I wanted to add more color to the page, so I cut every other “ray” and arranged them on the light blue cardstock. Then I added some machine stitching along the sides for some texture.

Have you ever used fussy cutting?  The back side of this patterned paper is full of speech bubble, which would also be great for fussy cutting. Thanks for stopping by!
