Hearts aflutter

One of my absolute favorite things about May’s My Favorite kit is the color scheme. The colors are just fun to look at! After I had already made a few layouts, I decided to do something fun with the scrap pieces I still had leftover. I used my wonderful Silhouette machine and cut out hearts in triplicate (A heart inside a heart inside a heart). I did this for about 5 different scraps of paper big enough. Then, I simply splatter my page with mist, a few delightful bows, and all those hearts — alternating which side was facing up. Stuck a picture of a new love in my life (our boat), and voila! Hearts aflutter!

Love the page and the paper, but the layout looks exactly like one I saw a couple of weeks ago on Two Peas by CoreJ (I think she is a GG). Not sure if you lifted or were inspired by her page but too similar not to give credit.

Forgot to give credit for the lift to Core Jones from a Pinterest pin!
