All that glitters is Gold! (and a little giveaway)
This month I loved all the bold hues. They really made me work a bit harder, as I usually am drawn more to neutrals. But I’m a sucker for navy blue. As I was working with this kit, I couldn’t get enough of the gold, just from the adorable Glitz letters, so I added a bit more of my own. I used the Dear Lizzy card as a mask, making this gold glitter heart pattern down the side of the page.
On this page, I used some gold mist to paint a light sheen over several papers. It’s a bit difficult to see in the pictures, but it makes such a perfect sheen.

I love gold! I see that it’s popping up in home decor accents as well as in scrapbooking. Can’t wait to bust out the gold paint I have and get creative!

My last couple of layouts have included gold…..and glitter…..yummy.
I am usually not a glitter girl, but lately I’ve been loving my gold washi tape and my Maggie Holmes glitter Thickers! So of course I would use more gold goodies! Love your gold hearts!!
