HI, everyone! Dani Donner here to share with you my favourite page using True Stories kit and its amazing add-on. I have to admit that all the fun and fresh colours from the kit really jump before your eyes and you can’t hardly wait to work on some cool funky pictures, but for me, what first caught my eye was the amazing tone-on-tone papers and embellishments  going from white to light grey. And there is where I started this page:

I’ve been saving this photograph for a special page, as if it was waiting for the perfect papers and supplies, and I finally found them… (Thanks Scrapbook Circle!). I feel free, light as a feather, when I am able to document my families life, and when my youngest son showed interest on helping me through the process, it was like teaching him how to fly by my side… That’s why I borrowed the title from the Pink Floyd song.

I played with my chevron template, some stars punches and my sewing machine to give more texture and layers to this page. The yellow brad was just the drop of colour the page needed, and perfect to hold my feather down.

Working with this kit was fantastic! So many possibilities out of one kit… AWESOME!
