Challenge #35: Dressed Up
On Tuesday in our One Item Wonder feature, we highlighted the Maya Road hangers from the Sunshine Day kit. Inspired by those cute closet-organizers, our next challenge is called Dressed Up. The idea is to create a page about clothes – a new outfit, your summer wardrobe, your daughter’s favorite dress, those skinny jeans, etc. Jennie played along with the challenge this month and this is her take:
Jennie thought of the phrase, “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue,” and found four items currently in her closet that fit those categories. I loved reading the stories behind each item. Our clothes really do have history, don’t they?
If you’d like to play along with the challenge, here’s how:
1. Create a layout with the theme of clothes. We would love to see a Scrapbook Circle kit in action, but any materials will do.
2. Post your album to your blog, a gallery, or ourĀ Facebook page. Come back to this post and leave a comment with the direct link to your posted project.
3. Deadline to enter is Wednesday, August 1st , 9:00 pm Pacific.
A randomly chosen participant will win a $10.00 credit to the Scrapbook Circle store! So what are you waiting for? Open up those closets and get scrapping!
