Making a cork board from an old frame

Hello! Today I want to share with you how I made this cork board altered frame that can be found in my September Ideas Gallery.

I used a frame that I’d scooped up on clearance at a craft store, and I also had some adhesive-backed cork on hand. After seeing the textures and colors in the Crate Restoration papers, I knew that it was time to doll-up that frame!

I measured, cut, and then adhered the cork material into the frame. I decorated one side of the frame with papers and some photos, leaving the other half cork-exposed for hanging little notes.

And there you go. Thanks for looking! :)
